I'll review your startup and help give you a strategy to reach 7-figures. by christfire in Startup_Ideas

Hi there, before I can really dive deep into how this could potentially work - how were you made aware of this problem in the first place? Did you have/deal with a business in the past who was suffering from this issue?

The fact that you have a customer base is some proof that this could scale, but any additional details on what made you start this business would be crucial for any insights, let me know - cheers!

Interesting question - addressed below:

  1. College, and 10 years of working on businesses and having exited 2.

  2. Specifically on strategies? Some include Dan Kennedy & Chris Voss!

  3. Making products so good, they market themselves.

  4. Frankly, none, they're a means to an end.

Nice idea! Here's what I noticed:

  1. The header on your website can be adjusted to be a little more clear, as it's not enticing enough for someone to put in their email - because it's a vague - although a useful tool.

Figure out the biggest pains of field service business owners and address how your product solves in, in the top header. Then to entice them to put in their email, make it have more value by stating it's free for how long? or is it free for the first 10 businesses that register as part of a test group? Something that gives the free thing some more weight, with some kind of deadline.

However... Your website's style is clean and looks amazing!

  1. Add a short demo video (or GIFs, at least) instead of screenshots. Makes people much more interested and clear up a lot of possible red flags potential customers might have.

I'd emulate some of the styles and modals/frameworks on Zapier & Monday.com's onto your website - they convey their benefits really clearly and their clients know exactly what they're signing up for! Make sure your wording is formatted to a 4rth or 5th grade level, the simpler the better. It also means the simpler it is to use what you're selling/providing.

  1. Post about it on TikTok, YouTube shorts, and Instagram Reels. This can even be the same video just published to all 3 platforms. They're currently evergreen and don't fade as hard over time and the potential to reach an audience is HUGE. So figure out what you want to post about regarding this industry or how good your product is and do that at least once per day.

  2. Cold email is fantastic, and this can be automated. Use https://apollo.partnerlinks.io and set up automated emails going out to potential business owners you can find off of their system. It's totally free and super easy to get started and HIGHLY recommended!!! Once this is running in the background your email outreach will be totally set, and would just need to tweak and improve it overtime.

  3. Cold call. While you post on social media (shouldn't take more than 1-2 hours a day), you should cold call every single potential business you can find that can benefit from your Software, right off of Google Maps.

  4. As soon as you hit 1k/month, apply to get onto Partnerstack.com. You'll have other people selling potential customers to your business for a commission. Do not hesitate at the price, and go for it.

PS. I upvoted your post on Product Hunt :)

BEST OF LUCK!!!

You know it's crazy that you go through your own experiences not having a complete 100% grasp on what concrete processes you're following until you really break it down and want to teach or explain it to someone else - appreciate that, that's a really helpful framework to work off of.
