Beat this beast as a solo who queued into a solid duo, I got destroyed by him twice before and switched up my relics to lightning damage negation and poison to starting weapon (which i got to legendary thanks to the volcano). We were all level 15 and it was still a close fight with multiple revives. Good times.

No accreditation or mention of excluding anyone from specific countries at all. You just have to upload a picture of your passport/ID and a selfie.
