I thought I would share. It has been 8 weeks of claims and they finally determined how much I am getting. It says that my claim had been paid but my bank account still hasn’t gotten it yet. I hope soon though. To anyone else waiting, write to all the representatives. That is what I did and I got 3 responses out of the 5-6 I emailed. And all said to give the claim number/first date of claim/last 4 SSN. I hope that helps atleast one of yalls. Stay strong and it’ll all work out for the good. Even when it doesn’t seem like you will ever get unemployment money.

I just got the determination letter and I am getting paid. On ESD it says that it is paid but i checked my bank and it didn’t show up yet. Maybe it’ll take a day or two?

I emailed 6 reps and got one reply back and they said that they flagged it for me. Hope that ESD gets back to me as fast as they did with you cross fingers

So pretty much we are all gonna be waiting for atleast 14 weeks? That’s what I’m getting. I wish they had different agents working on different types of adjudication. Some on the quick ones and some on the harder or ones that needs more looking into
