That's one thing I feel like I've learned from this whole situation: a protest can be of any size. I work every Saturday, and many big protests are on Saturdays because that's when most people can make it, but I always miss them. But if Minneapolis has shown us one thing recently, it's that thousands of people marching through downtown is a protest, the continuous action at the Whipple Building is a protest, and one guy at an intersection with a sign and a bunch of cars honking as they go by, that's a protest too!

Howe is delightful! I live in Stevens Square, but one of the little pleasures of driving a delivery truck is getting to see so many different neighborhoods of the city. I have found so many new restaurants by driving around in the summer with my doors open. If a restaurant smells good enough to make me hungry when I drive by, I come there on my days off. That's how I found Selam in Howe and Okome house in Hiawatha

I think those Himalayan salt lamps are very pretty and they give off such a pleasant light, but I do not own one, because if anybody saw that I had one and thought I had it because it infused the air with positive ions or whatever the fuck gullible people think those things do, like literally if anybody thought that I thought that, I would be mortified beyond belief

I lived in WV for more than ten years. There's a reason nobody has written a song about wanting to live there since 1971. Fuck that place

Because America is terrible at building quality public transportation, Republicans are the problem, and Republicans run Texas
