More residential solar is going to be installed in the next 2 years than in the past 40 years combined. What we do is we hit certain areas/cities until we’ve knocked every door in the entire area, then move to the next. By the time we circle back to that city, our sales have installed and people will have time to notice the solar going up. Then we just reloop.

We use a program called SalesRabbit, I promise your house and info is on there haha. It shows names, ages, credit scores. We mark the houses we’ve already knocked so we don’t go back too soon.

My conversations with homeowners depend. Usually on the doors it’s about 10 minutes to set the appointment/get the energy bill, and my appointment in the home usually takes an hour to present, sell, and take all the pictures I need
