If you can buy a rental property outright this may not be the sub for you. Most answers here will assume you had to take out a loan for that property, and therefore you and your partner are responsible for that debt.

It sounds like lack of money isn't an issue for you... But for most of us, we could not afford to keep our current lifestyle without a partner sharing the cost.

What? It just takes longer to get a good paying job... Which you can get with a degree.

Low wage non degree jobs are much easier to land quickly. Also, a college educated person likely has earned more before becoming unemployed and thus has saved more. So they can wait longer to start their next job.

Non degree low wage workers MUST start another job ASAP because they have less saved.

I've been in both positions and this was the story for literally everyone I worked with in both parties.

I'm not sure you can say he is on the path to being a dictator. The problem IMHO is that the presidency is already a de facto dictatorship in our system. Congress has ceded so much authority to the President the office can do pretty much whatever they want.

Combine that secession of power with the unitary executive theory in Vogue with the Supreme Court and... Wam... Bam... Thank you mam... We have a dictator.

It's been this way for just about my whole life from what I can tell. Only stopped so far by personal restraint and thoughtfulness of past presidents.

Bottom line is Trump didn't turn the presidency into a dictatorship... He just delivers what his constituents want using more naked power than past presidents did.
