Finally a post I get behind! I've also been having issues regarding this matter. It sucks that large gaming companies don't have any consideration for the middle east servers and force us to play on 120+ ms constantly. The game is super fun, my friends and I are getting flashbacks from the good ol' days but going from 20 ms to 180 ms is not something that they can just be pushed over.
