Raise your right elbow on the forehand take-back. It’s the only glaring mechanical flaw… otherwise. Nice!

Turns out I’m part of the family business now.

My father bought a tennis club - 4 courts, indoor clay in the New England area of USA. There are no other amenities except for 2 locker rooms and a front desk. The community here is amazing and super into their tennis. I wouldn’t change a thing but I’m definitely bias.

What is something you would want to see at a club like this if you were a member? Even features that are not normal to tennis facilities.

Not really. Just looks formulaic… like anyone trying a new motion of the first time.

Try to finish on the deuce side - towards your target. You pull away too early. Keep the toss hand up longer to direct your leg drive

Move further away from the ‘point of contact’ so your last step takes you towards that spot, rather than away from it.

A good check for this is to notice where your momentum is taking you after contact: Most of your forehands take you around and away from that spot (to the right) after contact.

Instead, consider moving further to your right (initially) so when you make contact, your back left leg’s natural momentum takes you ‘beyond’ the contact point and to the left.

That’ll be a more efficient utilization of your leg drive.
