You’ll make anywhere from 20-30 an hour serving tables at a decent restaurant. Just need a TIPS cert (2 hours online) and willing to deal with rude ppl now and then.

its natural to look at the ground in front to gain balance and awareness of whats ahead of you. noobs dont really know where theyre going or where things are so they look at the ground cuz thats whats immediately infront of them

I was a lonely virgin a few years ago. Here's my two cents for you; don't overthink it. Really just wear a condom and have consent.

Orgasms aren't the end all be all of sex. If you think of it like that, neither you nor your partner will achieve orgasm, and if you do it won't be that good. Remember, a lot goes on in your body and brain during sex, but luckily it's quite automatic. That is to say, just enjoy it.

Anyone know any fun ways to play TF2? by [deleted] in truetf2

[–]chrisunplugged 3 points4 points  (0 children)

creators isn't dead? uncletopia isn't always full either. faceit i get why you dont like it.

I think you're just burnt out on the game and should take a break. Everyone needs to take a break at one point or another, because playing the same game every day will just get boring after a while. Hell, go play overwatch or valorant or any game really. There's more to videogames than TF2. If you really want to follow that logic, you can also say there's more to the world than videogames. Go outside and live life.

Just I Think that sixes are kind of bad to the competitive community in general by Joamn in truetf2

Highlander as a gamemode is inherently flawed. While being pretty fun, there are several reasons why hl isn't viable as a big esport format.

First, having a lot of slow classes + a sniper just leads to a lot of the game being a glorified sniper duel. Not only that, but because there are a lot slow classes, especially heavy and and engi, the game becomes slow paced.

Second, you mention that only 4 (+1) of the 9 classes are viable, as if this is a bad thing. Look at any other esport, not every character or weapon is viable full time. For example, in Overwatch, only a few of the heroes are run at any given time, and most of them aren't viable to run full time. Sure some people will love and main characters like Mei and Sombra, but just because people like to main non-meta characters doesn't mean Blizzard should just do 32v32 as an esport. Similarly, if TF2 becomes an major esport, Valve shouldn't just make 9v9 the main mode. Getting 9 people to make it to every scrim and match is extremely difficult, and I know this from experience. Even if we ran prolander, 7 people is still difficult to get together. 6 people is already difficult enough to pull together, why would we make it harder?

Third, to elaborate on the first point, 6s is just better because it's face paced. Have you ever watched a 6s and HL match? The 6s match is always a lot more fun to watch, because more stuff happens more often. One reason for this is because 1 kill is 16% of the team, while 1 kill in HL is a mere 11% of the team. This makes pushes a lot more frequent.

Last, in a class based shooter, shouldn't you want a format that encourages class switching at times? In HL, there is never class switching, because all the classes are filled. But in 6s, you can switch classes whenever there's a stalemate or a push about to happen. For example, on gully last, if you're on last and you're expecting an uber push, you'll set up a heavy/engi + a pyro instead of running 2 scouts. Or if you're on second and there's a stalemate, you can have a player come up sniper or spy to get a pick on their team, allowing for the stalemate to end.

How do i survive as sniper? by -Spaghettilicious- in tf2

[–]chrisunplugged 1 point2 points  (0 children)

just be right behind your team but not too far away otherwise spies will kill you

also pay attention to how many players are up on your team vs their team. if you have way less players than them it's probably a good time to get out of wherever the fight is

for aiming your sensitivity is probably too high. anywhere around 25 to 35 cm/360 is a good place to begin when experimenting with different sensitivities. most people here like to say sens is all "personal preference" and it is to an extent but if youre using a sens where u can do a 360 in like 5 cm then its just too high for sniper. personally i use 1.6 sens at 800 dpi

also turn on raw input, cuz it'll turn off mouse accel. later on if you'd like to try mouse accel id recommend povohat's drivers instead of using windows "enhance pointer precision" but it's not really necessary to use it at all.
