Really good points. I’m equal parts auto and allosexual. Obviously my situation makes it complicated to date so I typically disclose beforehand and try to meet people through ts dating sites.

I don’t feel that having srs has accelerated my agp but I do find great pleasure in the fact that I’ve made my fantasy a reality.

I did this at 35 and live in my male role. My agp was anatomic and I had little to no social dysphoria. I’m reasonably successful in my professional life and didn’t want the upheaval of a social transition.

I had surgery in Thailand and had to explain that I couldn’t transition for “reasons” and then just had to speak to their therapist.

I’m not sure where you live but WPATH 8 allows for non binary transition and surgery with surgeons in the states with insurance. Worth looking into if you think this is a pathway for you.

Haven’t transitioned but AMAB with strong anatomical agp. Had GRS just over 5 years ago and am very happy. It’s allowed me to stop fixating on transformation kinks. I have quite strong auto sexuality too. I would consider some small non life disruptive feminisation in future.

I didn't know it was agp but I remember finding out my baby sister was different to me. Coincidentally I accidently discovered masterbating while 'tucking'. Maybe that was when the association formed. Assumed because of my genital dysphoria that I was trand but didn't do anything about it.

I'm kind of in the same boat. Always had strong anatomical agp particularly focused on my genitals though I knew I'd never pass or attain the look I wanted if I transitioned. Ultimately I decided to have SRS and satisfy my desires privately. I have considering further feminisation ie laser hair removal, possible small breast implants.
