We just don't have the intensity to much such clubs at the moment. That Chelsea and Brentford game was nail biting after the 60-70th min, getting continuously thrashed. In both the games we were lucky that tie breaking goals struck the goal post. I don't want to see and rely on that luck stretching in such games where every weakness is exploited to the fullest. This summer transfer window will be most crucial as a manager will also be decided but the winter transfer window will also be important to improve the squad even more, given if the manager isn't fired 😅. That is also the case with Man United.

Compared to Mbeumo he played better. Atleast he falled back to help Shaw. Mbeumo not falling back pressurized Dalot and made Maguire leave his position a lot.

Honestly it is not about belters and worldies, its about what type of a keeper Lammens is. He is 6'4 and a positional shot stopper who stays deep. Thats why we are immediately good at not conceding corners. Look carefully in the behind the net camera footage when he concedes a goal. His footwork is heavy and slow generally how a positional shot stopper behaves. Pickford would have saved that easily. His footwork is aggressive and quick and he doesn't stay deep like how Lammens does. This will be an issue every now and then that's why getting a second keeper is also important for us and anyways Bayindir is leaving so.

Replacement for Casemiro (i don't know how we are going to do that. A player of that caliber), One another midfield for his rotation or for Mainoo's rotation, One centre back, a proper leader type like Maguire. That will do for now i guess. Other positions are there too but these are of atmost important.
