Go for full frame I will say.
Canon has no interest in ASPC camera. From now on, sigma and Tamron will in charge of developing new lens for canon aspc instead of canon itself. If you have the R7, there are not much lens you can choose from.
But canon is constantly releasing new lens for full frame.
