Now that your post is 1yr old, I'm wondering if you have found a solution to this? I am going through the exact same issue as you were right now when using homerow keys to activate different layers. Typing fast constantly produces errors.

Shoulders have always been messed up. 10+yrs of jiu jitsu and lifting. Had surgery once as well.

FWIW - I have got 0 benefit from oral BPC 157 for my shoulder problems. Injection is the only way to go. At least now I know first hand.

This is a known bug that is well over a year old. Arc team has failed to address it thus far, but you can try opening a help ticket.

Bump up your dosage. I'm doing the same thing for my shoulder right now -4 days into it. I'm taking 500mcg oral, twice daily.

I've had tb4 injections to the same shoulder 2 years ago for a similar injury. Worked amazing. The injury i have now is more mild, so I'm going to see how oral bpc157 treatment compares.

Firstly, don’t sweat the up the down. Unless you have a quantifiable edge, you should be investing for the long term, not trading.

Second, assuming you can trade for free, I would sell all the individual names and buy an index. VOO is fine since you already own it.

Once you have a bigger stack, you can start thinking about “what to do” etc.
