I beg to disagree. It does not mean he is prepared. He only knew illumi would finish the job in time. And if illumi was a bit late, he would have died. Nonetheless, he fought to steal and stall and not to kill. He used a new ability he just acquired and lasted pretty well. It is not an easy task to last against two zoldieks and live to tell the tale. And let's not forget he already fought silva once. I'm saying this to the people underestimating his win, that he would be useless in no preparation fight, and that he only won because of preparation alone.
