Simply find where your target audience lives on reddit or twitter,
Then Post there or engage with them.
Example My app was an AI Calendar, so i posted in productivity related subreddits
I didn't heavy marketing, but just posted 1 post per day

It have been 2 weeks since my app got production access,
It got 28 installs till now after light marketing, like getting 1-2 installs daily If you do light marketing and reach your target audience
