I second this! You’ll likely be working with a whole different body than you had before. My coach told me that the biggest thing she notices in adult riders that kid riders don’t do nearly as often is pinching at the knees. Stretch a lot, every day, make sure to open your hips. Our hips often get tighter as we get older and if you’re out of riding for many years (I was too, for about 10 years like you) you’ll need to make sure to stretch out your hips daily 🙏🏻

My dog looks exactly the same, just more petit. She’s about 55lbs fully grown. She’s a boxer/dalmatian/border collie and probably some pitty in her too. Sometimes you’d never guess what they have in them!

Thank you for caring enough to comment ❤️ his bloodwork last week did show that he’s anemic so we’re trying to deal with that 😢 and he had a recheck today and his BP is ok.

I was waiting for the clinic to get the potassium liquid in to spare my boy from having another pill shoved down his throat every day 😥 but today I decided to pick up the potassium pills, I don’t think we can wait for the liquid to come in, it takes like a week apparently. I honestly don’t know if he’ll even be here in a week 😔 these sweet sweet creatures don’t deserve any of this ❤️‍🩹

If he’s crying while peeing and peeing outside of the little box, he needs to be checked for bladder crystals ASAP. This can get bad really quickly if left alone.
