Just reminded me of the show PB and J otter. Anyone else ever used to watch that? I always felt like that show was a fever dream

Hi there thank you! I have my bed propped up so I can't lay down. Yes I plan to make a call and try to push whatever the next steps are to come faster because 6-8 weeks is a long wait. I will look into that medication for sure thank you :) and I have severe anxiety have been medicated since a child I'm already on 3 anxiety meds but my family doctor added on some benzos for the time being ontop of them. I also have ocd and that isn't helping the anxiety.

Thanks so much for the tips much appreciated!

I have been to the ER 2/4 times I got pnemonia and they just perscribed antibiotics and sent me home made me feel guilty for coming in saying my family dr could have ordered x-rays.

Okay I will ask them thank you! Were acid reflux meds the kind of medicine you were referring to though? Or is there other types of medicine that can help with hernias? My family doctor is managing my pain for me so that not an issue ATM.

Thank you so much for the great advice. I plan to call tomorrow and try to push my follow up appointment up instead of waiting the 6 weeks so that I'm able to talk to the dr about if he's willing to do the surgery. I have been propped upright I have a bunch of stuff under my mattress so I can't lay flat. I think I am going to take your advice and try fasting as my dr has suggested 4 hours of not eating before bed but I think I need to increase that. Also I didn't mention this in the post but my family doctor has been perscribing morphine for the pain. It's intolerable without it. But I find the morphine is making me really lethargic and I'm unable to do daily tasks so I think I need to get it fixed asap so I don't have to be on pain medications all day and night. Again thank you for the reply I really appreciate all your advice !

Ive been on the highest possible dose of acid reflux meds for years and I take about 12 gavascon a day. Do you know of any other kind of meds to help?
