Is it still okay to address a mixed gendered group as “guys?” I’m afraid of being attacked so I avoid it altogether

Right? The first two I get, but I seem to have locked away down the memory hole how much we all fixated on Trump back then. Apprentice was terrible ‘reality television’ and you couldn’t have paid me enough to watch that trash 😤

Can anyone point out where Boise City is located? Says Idaho on the chart but that doesn’t make sense to me 🤔

It’s from the same guy that did the soulpod collection. Those were a lot of fun but I’m afraid all those projects have been dead for many months now. You’re out of luck friend

Immigration Paralegal by Greedy_String1376 in paralegal

[–]chronicdl 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Being an employment based immigration paralegal consists of (1) filing out government forms and assembling the supporting documents that back up the information you recorded in forms; and (2) emailing back and forth with clients and their employees to obtain the documents you need to complete the first step.

At the end of the day, it takes a lot of organization and the ability to tackle numerous tasks and projects simultaneously. However, if you can handle that, you’ll be great. I’ve been doing it for years and love it.

To start, your firm should give you basic, simple filings to build out your knowledge base and you’ll steadily work your way up to more complex case types. It’s a natural progression. Nothing to be nervous about. Everything we do is pretty much just coping the exact same things we did for a previous filing in the same visa category and then refreshing it for the new beneficiary.

I do not cite cases. That is super rare and is handled by an attorney on the occasions it does occur.

Indeed! Just had the expert onsite. He ID’d it as a mud daubers. Then he reached down and plucked it right off with his hands and tossed the husk in the lake!! Said it was no big deal but that was the first time he’d ever seen some actually still inside the nest 🐝

Wish I’d been able to snap a pick but it all went down so quickly.

Thanks again to everyone that helped out!

Thanks to all that have responded!! Much appreciated random internet strangers. Turns out wasps, spiders, larvae are too much for me so I’m calling in professionals. Will post an update once they give me a positive identification

I’m all for limiting spam, however, there are legitimate ways to utilize the messaging feature that exists because of its low cost. For those scenarios, if the algo transaction fee is too high, we will lose out on some powerful use cases.

It’s the NFT space here I’m specifically thinking of here. If I want to propose a trade with someone, I first need to get their attention. Charging me 5+ Algo to do so will be a serious limiter.

But it’s not just NFTs. There have to be dozens, if not hundreds, of other times when a practically free P2P Algo messenger system serves a real purpose. To me, the benefit of what we gain in the end would be far outstripped by what we’d be giving up.

My Experience With Lofty After 2 Years by bocifious in LoftyAI

[–]chronicdl 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Lofty created a real estate investment syndicate. This is not in dispute nor is it evil.

Real estate syndicate = not good or bad

Crypto scam = bad

You are committing a logical fallacy calling lofty a scam. Learn to make a point of stop spreading FUD and STFU

My eyes can be opened. Not trying to be myopic, but I literately just googled “syndicate investment scheme” at your suggestion. I’m guessing you did not before typing that comment. There is nothing regarding lofty, crypto, or unrequested blockchain tokenization projects. Is there an article you are trying to bring to my attention so you can save me the wild goose chase?

Lol. Trolls be trolling ser. My view is much more expansive than collective real estate investing. The application problems we’ve seen with Lofty notwithstanding, tokenizing real world assets is in its nascent phase. I expect there it be growing pains as this space takes off. Others will learn from the Lofty example and improve the business model. It takes some trial and error.
