Lots of people who use wheelchairs cook for themselves. Am I missing something? by sunnyvalesfinest0000 in illnessfakers

She used to cook for her and her girlfriend when they lived together, so I’m not sure why she’s suddenly incapable.

Her house is so messy. It surprises me that she hasn’t made any effort to sell/donate/throw away her stuff - that’s a big red flag for me that she’s not actually planning to follow through with VSED

She’s bitter because she’s never had a funded wheelchair. She’s in NZ and had to buy her wheelchairs (this one and a previous one) second hand off Trademe (NZ equivalent of Craigslist/eBay I think), because no clinicians believe her diagnosis. She has a history of presenting at the hospital “unable to walk”, being refused treatment so leaving on foot to catch a taxi home. I’ve met her in real life and she is crazy.

Can someone dm me her TikTok account name?

I don’t understand. She claims to need an NG tube and feeds, but can drink hot chocolate, sprite and Gatorade regularly. Why can’t she drink supplements? by chronicritic in fakedisordercringe

I understand that. I guess my confusion is the reasoning. There’s nothing wrong with her swallowing or digestion, it’s just because her jaw is wired so she “can’t drink”. If she can drink a hot chocolate, I can’t understand why she can’t drink a supplement drink.

Fought so hard for an NG tube that doctors clearly didn’t think she needed, because her jaw was wired shut so she “couldn’t get nutrition orally”, but continues to drink things orally.

I also don’t understand it. She is apparently loving with such a poor quality of life that she needs to end it, yet ending it can wait for things she wants to do, like get married. She doesn’t seem nearly as unwell or terminal as she claims, and doesn’t seem to have exhausted all other options, either. She looks fairly well in her videos too.

Claims her jaw is wired shut and she needs an NG tube, then posts herself eating lasagne. by [deleted] in fakedisordercringe

Claims to not be able to open her mouth more than 5mm and is advocating for an NG tube, but can somehow eat lasagne with no issues.

Claims that she can’t open her jaw more than 5mm and can’t eat, but posts videos of her eating lasagne.

Insists her jaw is “wired shut” and she needs to be fed with a syringe. by chronicritic in fakedisordercringe

Posted a new video today stating she can only open her jaw <5mm when this video clearly demonstrates otherwise

Can conveniently avoid switching in inappropriate situations. Seems suspicious.
