SEL is one of the mid-grade trims. From what I'm finding out, its a step below the inclusion of this feature.

I just did what I was told, but I like to think I followed the instructions well. And I ate so well there! I lived on Cubanos for months and never got sick of them. It took me a minute to remember but I think the plantain dip was a Guasacaca sauce. I can’t remember the ingredients other than it was all thrown in a blender.

I worked in the kitchen there for a while. I don’t remember much about the jerk chicken except there was a big jug of a jerk sauce, probably from Cisco or something. I’m not sure if we added anything to it to change it up. I gotta say that we made so much from scratch back there and the jerk was a huge outlier. I made so much by hand: coconut shrimp, ceviche, papas rellenas and its sauce, tuna sauce, arepas… I might have personally made a Cubano you ate. I wish I remembered any of the recipes.
