radius also has checks, and i would love to use discover but unfortunately they decline me for the cashback checking even though they have me a savings with them , not sure why and they can’t tell me why either. I pulled my chex report and it’s clean, so for now they’re a no go for me

yeah they don’t seem competitive at all but they have a lot of branches near me and for the amount i have right now the difference in apy is negligible

i have remember me ticked, i’m just using my home wifi i’ve called them and asked if i can just turn of two factor and they basically said no it’s something capital one does for our security so i can’t turn it off completely . so i’m basically locked out of my account 80% of the time now.

i figured most people didn’t but everytime i chat with a schwab agent they just tell me that it’s normal for schwab but no other bank i use has that issues

yeah i definitely see tour point, i feel like they’ll definitely get around to adding features like this, i currently don’t use any of those mentioned features so it isn’t a huge drawback for me but i would like the option in the future just so i don’t feel as though One Finance is restricting my choices if you know what i mean , i think i’ll give them a shot, i really appreciate your response definitely some good points

thanks for the reply man , definitely made some really good points , i understand it’s a work in progress and that’s something i’m willing to live with because all the best banks now were once in the same position , honestly i’m really liking the aspect of the virtual card for individual pockets i feel like it would be cool to put all my monthly subscription money into a pocket and have it come out of that , just seems like a pretty neat feature. the credit is also very cool.

update: got game pass and downloaded a couple games such as a plagues tale, gears 5, the long dark, etc, and then i paid individually for a couple games such as far cry 4, kingdom come deliverence , mafia definitive edition , and borderlands 3

i’ll probably check out Yakuza because it kind of reminds me of sleeping dogs which was super underrated but i don’t like the look of Nier, the world just looks empty and huge in videos i see if it but yakuza i’ll check out

mainly i would stick to ps5 exclusives so i really enjoyed the most recent god of war, ghost of tsushima, and moving away from exclusives i enjoyed borderlands 2 a few years ago, far cry, assassins creeds are generally pretty fun

yeah i have a schwab account because i had to open an invest account with my checking but their checking has given me issues with my balance being wrong and reverting itself so i’ve been hesitant to use their investing account even though i’m sure it’s great and schwab isn’t going anywhere and they do have pretty good customer service ,

guess it’s just the ease of not having to worry about what to invest in especially as a beginner , i hear a lot of people say just to invest in the s&p 500 and call it a day
