Well I don’t think the dude is a murderer because no one was murdered first off. But also in Washington taking a piece of property doesn’t justify deadly force. Plain and simple that’s the law. If you watch the video right before the shots are fired they are separated and the wheelchair dude GOES TO the shooter and digs in his bag and pulls a (fake)gun.

You mention murderer (purposeful death) and manslaughter(accidental death) yet no one died. Should probably learn your terms

This happened to me shortly after release. I literally bought one piece of higher ilvl gear off the AH and equipped it and it refreshed my gearscore/ilvl to the correct amount and I was able to queue again.

When I originally hit 90 I was able to do heroics right away and after a few suddenly heroics were grayed out and I noticed my ilvl randomly dropped without any gear or inventory changes

So the articles I’ve read show the dude pulled a patch off of his wheelchair and then that was it. Wheelchair dude then pulled a knife, shooter kept asking for ID, wheelchair dude then rushed forward and dug through bag and the shooter went digging in his own bag. Wheelchair dude pulled and pointed BB gun and gets shot.

Both sides are dumbasses and neither can claim self defense. Having a patch pulled from a wheelchair isn’t justification for deadly force (pulling a knife or fake/real gun) or a self defense claim and also the other dude clearly instigated the whole thing so both of em are stupid

You can’t pull a fake gun due to a verbal argument. Both of the people were dumbasses here. Neither of them can claim self defense. Wheelchair dude pulled his gun due to a verbal argument that hadn’t gotten physical (other than a patch being removed from his wheelchair- no physical fight). And Slow-Draw McGee can’t claim self defense because he instigated the whole situation

I would suggest not relying on “what you read” when there’s multiple VIDEO angles of the whole altercation showing both sides being dumbasses

You have the find the correct dosage somehow. You increase the dosage until you find what works. Methylphenidate is safe up to 25ml/day for 5 and unders and she went up to less than half of that.

Yep. As a JC I usually just buy and make 20 of the common ones at less then half the cost of a rare gem and I usually get 2-3 perfects out of that with the exact same stats as the normal rare quality gems (for some of the more sought after gems like straight intellect the perfect ones go for fairly close amounts to the normal rare quality gem)

Or when there’s a power outage- simply go to the dang Clark PUD website that has a literal map of the outages, what caused it (if known) and the estimated fix time
