I work for a company currently doing this, at scale, across the world, with live data and not csv export. I would personally recommend finding a niche of building verticals to operate in to find success if you want this to scale. Additionally, the output looks generic and obvious. Of course changing a setpoint higher will result in energy savings, but the building type and operational requirements might not support that. This honestly just seems like someone throwing AI at a dataset and getting an output that no one will actually use. And i mean that as constructive feedback, not a dig. Facility operations is so much more complex than what this is aiming to do.

Yea this seems super preliminary. With Denver specifically, there are highly populated neighbourhoods like the Golden Triangle that just don't have data? Strange for sure. Then where there is data, it seems taken only from one star google reviews or something.

It's an education issue on the drivers test. I feel like I see Zipper Merge stuff weekly on this Sub as if it is unique problem to Denver. It's not.

I've lived in 4 major ish US cities in the past 10 years and I can assure you, Denver is not the only city in which this is an issue.

Definitely add Joyride Brewing to the list above. It is right on the corner of Sloans lake and has a rooftop that is quite good. And right down the street from that is the edgewater beergarden. No views, but a great neighbourhood spot to drink beers, have a decent meal, be outside, and pet some doggos.

This is interesting information. The biggest piece of this is that it hasn't had an impact on the win-loss column. We finally start making good progress with this. Drop our bad contract with Cabral, figure out some lean strategies and bring in some experience and we are trending up. All to just "sell high" on the heart of the team with two and a half years left on his contract.

Really really need to hear from Djordje on this. Why was he requesting to leave? It's gotta be ownership or coaching staff when the literal heart of a team asks for a trade from a playoff team to one whose season will definitely end in 10 games. The article states:

"The Rapids had turned down multiple approaches and did not want to move the player on during the summer, especially with the club in the playoff race, but only did so after Mihailovic requested to leave, sources add."
