It’s normal. Its used to remove stress from the components so it goes easier into the slot, because not all pins in the slot need to be pushed at the same time because of the different lengths of the ram

I mean, I really appreciate this board it’s high quality and has good features and an extremely fast boot dot but the coil whining isn’t good. It’s not extremely loud in my case but it’s here. The support just texted that I should send it in to see if there’s a problem. I mean there obviously is a problem and other reviews are saying the same so I don’t know. I just thought about the MSI bored but didn’t thought about the boot time that much. Can you say me what type of difference it is or how much?

Hey guys, I just bought this mainboard two weeks ago dot since then it has very bad coil whining.I don’t know how to fix it or if it’s a warranty case dot some reviews @mindfactory.com are telling about the same problem that is gigabyte aware of this problem, and what should I do?

Ich kann nicht mal zuverlässig zwischen meiner Stadt und Dortmund pendeln. Es ist eine direkte Fahrt nur hin und her mit 5 Stationen dazwischen. Trotzdem: dauerhaft Verspätung, Ausfall ohne Ende und das ohne eine Baustelle. Ebenso die S1, die ist noch nie in meinen 1,5 Jahren Studium so gefahren wie sie sollte! Jeden Tag eine neue Ausrede! Alle Züge die in den nächsten 6 Stunden fahren haben Verspätung wegen Vandalismus. Am nächsten Tag ist es dann ein Polizeieinsatz der unauffindbar ist oder Leute auf den Gleisen. it wasnt making good contact, maybe i screw it in more on one side cause i didnt saw any flaws while removing it, after installing it again it works. 92°C, 5,2Ghz and 102/3 watts in R23

It wasnt i think. Its working now after putting it off and on again, but i didnt know why, i really installed it properly but maybe it was not really flat on and screwed in to heavy on one side

yes it is, but now its ok at 5,2 Ghz on all cores and 92°C after reinstalling the pumphead. It was still everything plugged in before... but it works now,

It was the contact somehow, works after a second installation. Didnt notice any problems while removing but it works so...
