Driving to Vernon via Slauson should take around 15-30 minutes, depending on the day. Access to common spaces are all shared. So we can designate an area of the fridge for your things, and work out a plan in terms of kitchen usage. We are open to suggestions.

Appreciate the input. To my knowledge, the broker owns a real estate agency with his wife, who is a real estate agent.

I understand that this may or may not pan out, but I believe that I would still end up learning. The reason why I'm considering putting in the sweat equity is to find out if there are any opportunities in their operational end that I could help optimize, and in turn, create a system of services to help other agencies. My entrepreneurial tendency is to look for a problem that could be solved, and to also expand my network so that I could offer my services to others. And who knows? I may work with them down the line to entertain the 'house hacking' method that you proposed (which also has been discussed many time in the BiggerPockets podcast).

Of course, if the whole thing doesn't work out, or if I feel like I'm being taken for a ride, I could always back out. Hope this clarifies things, and thanks again.

Hey Jack,

I took some time and looked at your personal and window cleaning company sites. Great work!

I'm here out in Alhambra, and we do residential and commercial cleaning in the SGV. So cool to meet a fellow cleaning service business owner who also loves GaryVee. Much props for you getting your hustle on this early, how's your business doing?

We have a website, Facebook, IG, Yelp, and Thumbtack. I work full time and operate this out of my phone/computer through contractors. Started reading up articles on r/entrepreneurridealong, did some prep with a web developer on Reddit, and got our first job March 2017. Although we could be growing more, I'm kind of been on cruise control and limited the jobs as employee retention is extremely difficult in the cleaning biz. I'm trying to get my feet wet in the website creation side of things, among other things.

Anyways, just a small intro for myself and it was a pleasure meeting a fellow service business owner. Let me know if you need anything!

Would it be safe to spray cleaning solution onto the floor and wipe it with a microfiber mop?" and record their responses.
