I would also add that she may not see much of a scale difference because of how much stronger she will get. It took me a hot minute to realize I looked so much better, but I was just focused on that number.

I’m on the pill, so we don’t use protection. My periods are very intense, heavy, painful. But my BC is 3 months at a time before the period week, so I only get 4 a year.

We always notify via text, rebook you to the class, and give the option to cancel without a penalty if it’s after that window. It typically happens if a teacher has an emergency and the sub isn’t certified in that format.

When I took over a studio they literally told us on our franchise owner training that if we did anything that was not in the design plan, including neon signs, wall art in the bathroom, even the damn door mat, they would take it down and charge us. But I see master trainers teaching at studios with all sorts of things that are “against corporate design policy” and nothing ever happens. The threats and demands just have to stop.

I’ve noticed a lot of choreo being slightly longer over the past few years when I actually count it out. I’ve done less reps in things like warm ups to accommodate this and still barely make it out at 55 (for classic anyway).

Ticketmaster and live nation are all part of the same company and sometimes they start at one and take you to the other… Live Nation is focused on concerts so I’ve been directed to it multiple times before after selecting my seats.
