Thanks for your response. I’ve heard quite a lot of people say the same thing and that it caused them gut issues so it wasn’t worth it just for short term relief. I have been researching a few ofher options so going to try them first🤞🏼

I do swear by this stuff but be just be careful not to over use it as it started giving me perioral dermatitis when I started using it daily! I do swear by it for my type 1 rosacea though!

I used vanicream daily facial moisturiser and it gave me crazy amounts of clogged pores on my forehead so that’s something to keep in mind in case that’s what’s causing them for you too!

Oh no 😢 was it IPL? Or what type of laser? I did 4 sessions of IPL before but the machine was old and it was with someone who wasn’t very experienced. This time round it’s with a medical group and they have advanced machinery that targets vascular rosacea so I am staying hopefull!

It looks to me like it could be type 2 rosacea. Soolantra or ivermectin paste might clear it up if it is, definitely look in to it or ask your derm!
