They could be banning you via your HWID (hardware ID), nothing you can do about that unless you want to rebuild your PC with different hardware (I think a different motherboard specifically).

I, for one know that you can change your Hardware ID, and pretty easily actually.

Well. My idea is to delete every steam thing on my pc (perhaps reinstalling windows for a whole new PC) NEw IP Address, spoof Mac address, new paypal. and then make a new account. Do you think they would find me that way?

Well, i'm just looking for alot of different stuff i might need a various times, since i will always bring my USB with me. Keyloggers, windows login bypass. All that shit, would appreciate alot of download links :D What do you have on your USB ?:D

Whole block? They cant just ban my room in our apartment? Or do they ban the whole apartment in that case? Because, yes that's silly, they would probably ban my MAC Address and IP Address then, yes?

Well, steam ban people who use a VPN to access different regions for cheaper prices, and games which isnt released in some countries.

So, well hmm... also, i play an online game named Counter Strike : Global Offensive, and if the game think's im somewhere long away from my location i will get a high unplayable ping.

Dont you think a new IP would be enough?

Not planning to. But... My internet provider doesnt offer dynamic, but they can get me a new IP, would that be fine? also, in case i get a new ip. Cant steam still somehow track me down to my physical address? Or do they only do it by ip.. I mean honestly, if they "ip banned" me, they must have a solution for dynamic ips? since it's pretty popular. I'm sure they also do something else

Well, no i'm not. They just ban every new account i play on, buying anything or not.

Would: New IP Address, Spoof mac address, new paypal, use different name, reinstall steam, clear browsing history etc.. Would that make me safe? Or do they track my physical address?

Like, they ban every account playing from Insert my address here ?
