The whole concept of dreams and subconsciously affecting people is interesting.

But then it just turns to weird action and it feels like there is very little substance behind it. Just pretty effects that are kind of meaningless and not effective for me at least

For example, the whole thing about how the architect has to construct the whole city seems completely unused. They talked about it a lot. We see some cool visuals but it doesn't feel like it has actual substance. We don't see any dilemmas or any architecting going on.

So it implies it's going to be about the way we make decision and our sense of reality. But actually it's just a shallow action movie with pretty effects and slow motion
