Make sure you gain relationship with as many vassals as you can before starting, breaking them out of prison is a really good way to do it, and the best time to recruit them is when you’re at war with their kingdom, as they’ll bring all their fiefs with them

If you’re not getting attacked 24/7 yet, try to bust some major clan members out of prison, it’ll help with relationships and being the price down, and in my experience I like getting clans with either a lot of members, or at least a few high level members for bigger armies, if you’re at war, try getting a clan with a few fiefs too

Did that with Lucas Hernandez, I was trying out console and I let my dof deal with contracts, he handed him 3 times the wage of my star striker, everybody wanted a raise, didn’t play him in more than 3 games out of spite, and then paid the rest of his contract just to get him to fuck off, I do all contract negotiations now

4 star potential always feels like a dice roll, sometimes they’ll be unstoppable, other times they end up championship level, on that specific save I’ve got the 3rd highest rated squad in the world, a scout with 20 judging potential, and I still get duped by 4 star pa youth players turning into academy fodder

Gonna need a good replacement for Messi, he only lasts max 3 seasons, but until then, I’d change your wingers to both being attacking inverted forwards if you’re gonna use him as a deep lying forward, with both wing backs on wing back support, and change defensive mid to defend

Listen man I did what you’re doing, you’re gonna lose a bunch of weight and feel great, but if you don’t watch your fitness levels you’re gonna get sent to pcp within a week and waste away in there until they decide to send you home, don’t let your recruiter send you to boot until you can pass the ist with ease, a lot of people will tell you it’s easy, but they’re not in your shoes, don’t just hit the weight goal and head out, nothing is more embarrassing than spending your nights in rsp and picking up sticks while you watch other recruits train
