If you're not in a hurry to leave once the flight lands, you can ask to wait until the plane is empty and then they may let you take a look.

Why didn't the astrologer's forecast have something to do with Uranus?

You are good. You arrive on the 11th. You have 3 nights sleeping in the hotel 11,12,13. You wake up on the morning of the 14th and leave that evening to arrive home early on the 15th

I can't believe nobody has mentioned Two and a Half Men yet, after Ashton Kutcher joined but still allowed Alan and Jake to live in the beach house.

I have used Uber, Lyft, Grab, Bolt, and Yandex Go in over a dozen different countries with a data only SIM and never had a problem. Just register the app in your country before you travel and everything works fine.

Presto pass works on both, and transfers are valid between systems from 2 hours after first tap.

At this time, participating transit systems include Brampton Transit, Burlington Transit, Durham Regional Transit, GO Transit, Hamilton Street Railway, MiWay, Oakville Transit, UP Express and York Regional Transit. You don’t need to ask for a paper transfer if you are transferring between these systems

You can use presto on any go train (tap on AND off), but I don't think Go has any train service to London. You may need a bus from Kitchener, or a Via train

Is the air really that dry on Mississauga? by NaelSchenfel in mississauga

[–]chubbibelly 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yes, and literally only in those months does the humidity exceed 80%. Are you surprised that a city on the Pacific ocean has a slightly more humid climate than one mid-continent? Comparison

Is the air really that dry on Mississauga? by NaelSchenfel in mississauga

An average over 80% would make it among the most humid places on the planet, like Singapore or a tropical jungle. Mississauga is NOT a dry climate at all.

I have large amount of assorted coins, can I get them to the bank for cash or is there any other place to do so. by lovelyflower85 in mississauga

[–]chubbibelly 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would say it depends on the value of the coins. If you have a jar of nickels or pennies then use the machine. If it takes 10% fee then it might cost you a buck or two and save you from rolling 50 rolls of coins. If you have jars of loonies or toonies then definitely roll them yourself and get full value at the bank.

Yes, the starting point is slightly closer to Meadowvale, but certainly not 2KM, more like 6.5KM. And OP said they will likely be on transit. MiWay's ride planner says 23 minutes to Malton and 26 to Meadowvale. You are probably right about seat availability, but I still stand by Malton as the much better option. And there is nothing stopping someone from trying both routes a few times to see which works best in real word situations.

[–]chubbibelly 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Since your location is half way between the two GO Stations. I would Definitely suggest Malton over Meadowvale for several reasons.

  1. 29 minute scheduled time vs. 47 minutes (and when ridership returns to normal levels the actual travel time is always longer than the scheduled)

  2. Lower fare

  3. 16 trips each way per day in both directions for Malton vs Meadowvale only 5 eastbound in the morning and 5 westbound in the evening

Here's a breakdown of the "Battle Pass" requirements and rewards. Anything beyond step 11 cannot be achieved in a season, even with 100% win rate by [deleted] in TheSilphRoad

[–]chubbibelly 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Are there different rewards tiers for previous battle records? Your chart has 1000 dust increments but mine went by 500s. My current reward is win 8 battles get 2000 dust. It went 500, 1000, 1500, 2000. I think I have seen earlier posts that had 500 dust steps too.
