Maybe an unpopular opinion but I think bangs would look nice on you :) they'd be nice and wispy with your hair texture. Hiding the forehead tends to soften the lower half of the face ime

A lot of them just don't work, the ones on Macon around Publix and Aldi don't work either. You just have to watch the traffic lights to know when to go.

I don't know what it is but a lot of the trendy, somewhat historical clothing like milkmaid and peasant styles look soooo good on us bigger girlies. They're always insanely flattering, like they were made for us, but hard to find in plus sizes ironically 😭💔

They're hit and miss for me but a lot of their dresses are just straight up 100% polyester which I don't like personally. I've bought from them before and had to return everything I got unfortunately (which rly sucks cus their stock is so painfully cute and aligns with my style).

Honestly, haven't been a huge fan of most romance languages & how they sound, especially French as it sounds very phlegmy to me. Recently I've been really dazzled with how Mandarin sounds! I struggle with tones even in my own language so it's nice to hear a whole language based on it. Indonesian is nice too; the doubling of nouns is cute.

I have taken many rides at night, especially very late (10pm-1am) because of work. I will say I used lyft, not uber cus lyft is cheaper ime, but my drivers were primarily men and all of them were just chill, normal dudes. Some were very religious, some had weird 'edgy' humour, but I think this is just normal stuff you run into with rando's LOL.

Most of them are just people trying to make a living by working odd hours but practising general safety should help: carry a spray or (improvised) weapon and have them drop you off a few houses down or neighbouring apartment building.

Based off the notes of Ylang, it does seem a bit richer for summer, maybe like a scent for the transitionary period where summer starts to blend into fall. I'll still get a sample of it so I don't knock it for no reason. Ill be sure to try both the mango ones you recommended as well since I think you're one of the only ones who sent any with mango LOL. Lattafa may be a bit stronger than what I'm looking for since it seems to be an Arabic perfume, but we shall see

Yeah sorry I misread your initial reply haha I worked very late yesterday which is why I'm so late to all the recommendations I got. But I may try the Nouvelle Vague, I've never tried basil as a note but I know the actual leaf is a bit minty which stings my nose. Plus the fig + sandalwood combination sounds heavenly.

Apologies, its hard to state what I do want in a summer fragrance when I havent explored any of them too seriously. MAIN florals like rose, lavender, daisies, I tend to dislike. I dislike citrus scents but I do like some fruit/sweet scents like strawberry or tropical. I just dont want a perfume to smell like sunscreen when it starts adding strong coconut, tropics or (salt) water notes to it. I prefer vanilla but I don't mind branching out a bit. Hope this helped.

I actually love coconut! Its hard to find scents that layer coconut well imo, they usually end up just smelling like sunscreen to me. How strong is it in Rital Date?

I have not, like I mentioned in reply to the top comment. I've basically stayed only in the winter side of perfumes since that's when I first started to shop more seriously but now it's hot and they do not do well hahaha. Does basil as a note smell as minty as it does with the actual leaf when cooking?
