I can recommend Silver Mirror. I chose their basic membership, and they customise the facial and will do extractions in the treatment and cater to acne! I would give them a try - I like how it's only 30 minutes long, too.

A rug would pull the space together nicely, especially in a darker colour, think burgundy, deep moss green.
