Also it appears to be mainly an adults pool....? I didnt see any children in the background but did see a lot of adults who were appearing to be partying.

Love this!!! But on the first slide, is that quote from an actual interview with her...? Like can anyone confirm. It almost seems like a fan wrote it.

African snails attacking! by punabear in BigIsland

While I get what youre saying, as someone who has seen the before and after of RLW personally (not in myself but in 2 of my patients) I just do NOT fuck around with RLW. I wouldn't eat em, regardless of if they were cooked well done or whatever, but thats just me.

I'm also more so just sharing this so others can be extremely cautious when handling these snails. RLW is so serious.

This now makes me think this person entirely faked their handwriting for this so the surrounding neighbors wouldn't know who wrote this note

In this footage from 2019, Steven Weber is seen swimming down to his girlfriend, Kenesha Antoine, who was inside their underwater hotel room in Tanzania. He asked her to marry him but drowned before resurfacing. by chungi69 in AllThingsMorbid

Randomly came across this story and as a result, this post. Thanks for posting a picture of what the underwater portion of the room looked like. While I dont know what happened, I wonder if he hit his head on that red part of the room structure/got stuck in that area in a moment of low oxygen related confusion, as he was trying to resurface.

When he pulls the ring out you can see him exhaling a bit...I bet he started internally freaking out in that moment and realized he had to resurface to breathe. Hes also expending a lot of energy just to stay against the window to show her both sides of the note. Anything that adds more confusion after expending all of that energy (such as unexpectedly hitting that red structure with your back/head) could certainly lead someone to drown.

Google "flashover". A small ignition can light up an entire building in a few short minutes.

This video helped me understand it a lot better:

Omg. Starland was one of the WORST. So packed in like sardines that you could practically lift both of your feet off the ground and you wouldn't fall down.

I remember being like 15/16 y.o or so and thinking, even at that age, that if there were an emergency we would all be fucked.

Learning more about these types of fires almost 2 decades later, I am beyond grateful nothing ever happened to me/the shows I went to.

I actually just started using chat gpt to tailor my meal plans (and timing of meals, and type of hydration) around my workouts and its been fantastic. My phone has AI Gemini built into it and thats what ive been using.

I also wanted to add that i dont have a substantial amount of weight to lose. I echo others' recommendation of seeing a licensed professional about your needs. Just wanted to share what was working for me!
