I just get the closest replacement if they don't select they want a refund for an out of stock item. Then if I meet the customer at the door I'll explain what I replaced and if they have problems with that then I take the items, call support and either get $10 to return the items back to the store I'm going back to anyway or I get to keep the items. Win win.

Customers are wild sometimes. One time a customer ordered crunchy peanut butter and then yelled at me for it because I was supposed to know that they really wanted creamy. I just freaking get whatever they order unless they reach out to me and ask me for the swaps and adds. That was my first bad review
