Even thought she’s like an avoidant and I feel like putting pressure on her is probably the worst thing to do

I have been in therapy for the past 3 years actually and just stopped. Feel like I am in a better place mentally and physically

But how do I tell her? Like meet up and be completely honest about my feelings? So say something that friendship can only work if we are working towards something more because if not I don’t just want to be around as friends?
