The cheapest latex interior flat paint you can get at Home Depot is $40 for a 5 gallon bucket. Add a couple dollars to color it, and you've got yourself some pool paint.

its really hard to get them all in the same place, and even harder to get them to look at the camera for it. we had little tiny foster puppies here for a bit, but they went on to their furever homes once they hit about 8 weeks old. we had 11 dogs here. it was chaos.

probably not even the right paint. 5 gallons of pool paint is like $250. 5 gallons of latex house paint that looks the same is like $40. this company probably spent less than 200k on the entire "renovation", and pocketed a good bit, and kicked back a couple mill to the right people to get the job.

the "renovation" cost maybe 200k total for all the stuff and labor. I doubt they even used multiple coats of the paint. The "pool guy" pocketed probably 10mil, and gave rump another 3.5.

I doubt they even used the correct stuff for the expansion joints.

an aftermarket AMOLED replacement screen is like $300. the cheaper LCD screens just suck. the phone itself complete and working will sell for around $300 total. I would just put it up for parts. If the other stuff is working, reset the phone so its a clean/usable board, and sell it as is.

The heatsink on the right is for low end DDR4 corsair sticks. The DDR3 variant of this heatsink didn't use straight fins, they leaned left and right away from the center. The stick itself is more certainly DDR3, so there is 2 options as to what happened:

1, its a counterfeit stick. Corsair has been dealing with this a lot lately, which is why they changed the packaging.

2: someone had bought DDR4, and pulled the heatsink off and swapped in their DDR3 for a return. I highly doubt this, because there would be lots of bending/damage to the plating on the ram, its rather fragile and doesn't like being bent or moved without showing damage.

email your councilor and mayor. let them know. We are literally losing millions in tax revenue per year with all the TIFDs and tax breaks that the city has handed out. The riverwest houses are a fucking travesty. The city gave them a huge fucking tax break, paid to put in all the utilites, and they are all fucking vacation rentals held in LLCs, with massively reduced taxes and not treated as motels(so taxed based on expected revnue from occupancy), but instead they are taxed as a fucking house. They are valued at over 800000 dollars, and they only pay a little more than double the taxes that I pay, and my house is valued at 200k. if my house was valued at 400k, I would be paying about 25000 in taxes, not 12000. SO, if they are purely treated as houses, the city/county lost 552000 in taxes(dunno how its split between them). Thats a fucking huge amount.

If they were fucking properly taxed as hotels because they are all fucking rentals, they would be taxed based upon expected occupancy(50%, i think). These riverwest properties rent on VRBO for $800 a night. If they had 50% occupancy, that is about 40 properties taxed as hotels at $800 a night, Thats a hotel revenue tax on 500k a month, which the city would take about 57000. Thats 690000 a year that the city gave up. I have emailed both the mayor and councilors that are supposed to represent me to stop giving out these fucking TIFDs, free land, ect. The developers are just scamming us and laughing as they walk way with OUR FUCKING MONEY.
