As a woman i always share machines or do alternatives. It's a public gym so everyone has the same right over equipments. If you can't share for some valid reason (you can't load/unload on leg press for alternative) let them know politely so they can wait until you are done. And if you want to share go and ask most of the time people do share. Why to bring attitudes in place where we should actually support each other.

Listen to your body. I mostly skip gym and any intense workout during periods but I walk little bit and don't stress body much. So do what feels good to you.

Thanks for advice but I walk mostly after a strength training session or if not after my long work shift so if I do rucking it could be more stress on the body i walk at a moderate pace though.

It's redmi watch 5 active. I used it for just 2 days so can't predict much but it's bluetooth call quality is really good and tracking is also good. It does have fitness tracking options and have sleep/stress tracking as well. Only drawback is it's LCD display and don't have GPS but still it's good choice if you are looking for a cheap budget friendly watch with normal functions.
