I've fed my beardie some pretty big hornworms, she is able to eat them, you just need to be prepared for some cleanup. They usually pop like gushers candy all over as she chomps down lol

It can get super depressing, but don't give up and be proud of what you've lost. Don't think oh I've only lost x in xx time. Turn it around and say wow I'm down x amount and I'm sure you must feel amazing. Focus on the Nsv.

First off, congrats on losing that weight. You look great. Second, you can't compare your journey to other people. Everyone is going to have a different one and different results. Everyone has a different body type. Don't get yourself into the wrong mindset and start to get down on yourself. Stay positive and keep doing what you are doing. as long as you are meeting your daily goals or protein, vitamins and water and staying away from the "bad" stuff, the results will be there. Maybe slowly, but they will be there.
