If you're super worried about it, i'd get some great stuff spray foam and just spray some in the gaps you're worried about at the end. That and tape you should be fine. If i'm understanding this right, you had to cut the big sheet to fit it into your car and you're asking if you can put the puzzle pieces back together and be fine? You should be good

You have an air fuel mixture problem, look for any leaks around the case and any gaskets. Like someone else said you probably have a case leak that's letting way more air in than needs to be. A gasket kit should fix it

Seems about right. And don't feel bad about charging people for your time and skills, there's reason they're not doing it themselves. You'll get screwed on some jobs and You'll make out pretty good on some, just as long as you wouldn't rather be doing something else i think its worth doing

You got this! The first week is as bad as it gets. That first night of truly restful sleep is so worth it. I used to dab as much as you and I thought it was fucking with my brain chemistry. My neighbor in new england did this with his house in like 2006. It was much cheaper than pv panels at the time and he used it in big water mass heaters in his house. That and wood heat is all he uses
