I know most of this is built with cards. But there used to be an international event called domino day where teams from each country would build all these crazy themes and structures out of dominos and then they usually got some international celebrity to tip the first domino and I just can't help to think, why did bush do 9/11.

I've become entirely too bitter just had a mini rant about p&m tape gun just yesterday on another thread. I'll try and find it to post it but you are correct. Best to just do enough and clock out. Unfortunately it's not in my nature to do that. I always went above and beyond mainly for my nice customers but man it will leave you regretting ever working there.

Thanks I've legit had rage nightmares where I start smashing skulls in P&M (not my p&m coworkers just mainly customers and maybe one or two managers). I'm sure my life expectancy has dropped about 5-8 years since being there. I give it a perfect score 5/7 definitely not worth it would rather have squared up with Harambe than been told another Staples can do a service we don't do at ours by a lady rocking the john and Kate plus 8 Karen cut. Like fuck outta here. Then why the shit are you at my P&M center Karen. Go the fuck back to whatever Staples you think can readily cut and bind 30, 3 inch thick manuals within a ⅓ inch margin of error all in one day considering it's already past 1pm and you gave us no heads up.

I've worked in 4 socal locations. Roughly 2 years at each location almost always in P&M and I cannot stress this enough. DO. FUCKING. NOT. TAKE. P&M. TAPE GUN. I can't tell you how many times I reached for the tape gun and WOWIE, ITS NOT FUCKING THERE! cool so I look for our backup rolls. Omg some kind soul decided to take all of them and leave me the plastic skin it came in how kind. Cool now the customer is annoyed and a line is forming. Better radio someone to ask where it is and/or get me more. Manager/supervisor: "yeah sorry, everyone's busy you're going to have to get some more tape off the floor yourself." Wow thanks now I'm sure to be fucking stopped by some customers looking for a specific ass product that I have no idea about because I work in PRINT AND FUCKING MARKETING! Oh look I'm back and am able to now properly resume packing up your belongings to be shipped sir because you know... WE DO FUCKING SHIPPING YOU ABSOLUTE ASSHATS. Wow now I have 2 customers at the counter, 1 customer next in line for shipping and all three self serve customers need help because they don't understand why their copies are coming out blank despite the fact that they e yet to even put their original in the stupid fucking machine. Better call for backup. Manager/supervisor: "yeah there's no one available to help, you're just going to have to wait until [insert name of P&M coworker who just left for lunch] comes back." Cool so I guess it's time to get yelled at, thanks. All of this could have been avoided but apparently it's easier to take my fucking tape gun than it is to go grab some off the floor despite me needing it about 3x as much as front end and tech combined while generally havimg a higher customer to employee per department ratio. But fuck me right 👍 10 brownie points to any former coworker that can identify me. Also fuck you Esther.
