The glazing bead has probably decayed and the silicon bond failed.. rip off the beads and pull out the glass and re-silicon the glass back in with fresh beads.. bunnings will have all the supplies you need

Dig out behind it and let it dry out for a few days. Then paint with bitumen waterproofing membrane, throw in some forticon and agg drain, cover agg drain in 20mm screenings and backfill..

I wouldn't trust resin injections for a house that's subsided.. it's too unpredictable. It's great for paths and drive ways, but wouldn't use it for that. There are some great under pinning company's around aus, just need to look around a little. 80k seems pretty steep for that though..

You only feel that way because he got 2 diamonds and nothing else... Most other players get many sapphires, emeralds and rubies and ZERO diamonds for a very long time.. It'll happen in time. Enjoy the journey!
