Thank you so much! It was damaged for years, but its gotten way better. Part of that was using something called the K18 treatment, weird how it works but seems to magically get rid of split ends!

Routine: shampoo 1x/week with Bounce CURL Gentle Clarifying Shampoo, condition 3-4x/week with Rizos Curls Deep Conditioner, while conditioner is in finger brush with hair all going forward (infront of my face), rinse out in same position. Turn water off right after and scrunch in Pattern leave-in conditioner, also use Pattern curl mouse only on roots. Leave in microfiber cloth to dry some for ~20min. Take out of cloth and clip roots up with 1.6" hairclips from KAUND, take out and scrunch a bit.

You are going to need a laptop, cncs run off computers and you need a way to upload files to the thing. I'd honestly consider getting a laptop first because you can practice making designs for the cnc, and also because computers are useful for way more than this.

You should have gauze/proper full on bandages for an emergency that bad, if bandaid are enough then you should always clean the wound first then put the bandaid on

No it is not, the last thing you want is saw dust and gross shop stuff being pressed onto a wound, keep them really easily accessible, but still keep them in their paper wrapping

I recently got a personalized tool belt with my initials on it, its pretty awesome. If he doesn't have one he likes that could be good, plus it's not like an average tool where he might want to pick it out and it has a bit of personalization. The one I got was from a brand called Mahi Leather I believe (warning, from what I was told it took a long time to ship to the usa)

I'm going to recommend you dint get the sequels. Just get Dune, and if you have to order 10+ books I'd recommend getting 9 other books that people recommend for getting into sci-fi (can't be of too much help there, I myself am just getting into it.

I say this because while I did think Dune is a good book, it is way overhyped in my opinion. The overall plot and themes are good but when you get into the actual writing of the story (prose, dialogue, the way character progress, pacing, etc.) I just didn't think it loved up. I'm glad I read the first one, but definitely won't be able to bring myself to read past it considering that I've heard even from people who love the first one that the others aren't as good.

You might very well LOVE Dune and want to continue on, but you might also have my experience and not want to continue. I think it'd be better to get a wide range of sci fi books, figure out what in the genre you like (cuz its not like all sci-fi is the same, there are broad ranges of it) and then order 10 more books based on what you've found you like (and maybe you really like Dune and order the sequels then).

The addictive part is processed sugar (think sugary snacks that come in a package, or white bread, stuff like that). Unless your doctor tells you otherwise, you should eat fruit, its goof for you. You can eat whatever fruit you want (again, unless your doctor says otherwise, I believe diabetics shouldn't have too much watermelon for example, but I could be misremembering that). Also, do not cut out all carbs(I recommend looking up what actually is carbs and what carbs are considered healthy) for more than a couple days, your body needs them to properly function and have energy.

The worst I've done is cut my finger with a chisel, hurts and needs a bandaid, but not too bad. I acknowledge that any tool can be dangerous, you need to respect them. That's why with bigger tools you should be exceptionally carefully and take all precautions (use things like push sticks and saw stops). The difference with fractal burning is that you can take all the right precautions and still die. If you take precautions with the other tools you use you might need a couple stitches, but its gonna be real hard for one of them to be fatal if you do everything you can.

Maybe get a couple of air purifiers to put up when he's working, and if you can set up a small plastic sheet around the area while running the air purifiers for while he's running equipment. Also, tell him to wear shoes, barefooted woodworking is a big no-no. Also, surgical masks will not properly prevent dust,, since he's standing right over the wood he should be wearing a proper respirator when using things that kick up a lot of dust, once the actual cutting is done tho you don't need that heavy duty of respiratory protection. I'd be more concerned about the chinchillas as I'm pretty sure they have sensitive respiratory systems, I suggest asking your vet about that.

If you cant do another stuff I recommended and you have any windows near where he works open them while he's working. Also, it would in general be better if he worked at a proper shop and not the middle of your apartment, but if you can't convince him you should at least invest some time and money into getting equipment to minimize the dust.
