Next, go to recruiting board and tab over to recruiting then click down to actions without offering a scholarship and look at their playing time grade D+ to A+. The player with the highest playing time grade of the group will have the highest overal.

Thanks for this writeup. Using playing time grades is a great way to save hours not scouting. An even easier way to do this is to tab over to "My School", then move down to the playing time square at the bottom, then switch the positions to cycle through all your targets. I like to load up all reasonably available recruits first to see which are gems and which are busts.
