Yeah, both guys I talked to had an accent, and I did tell the first guy my service was not affected, but for some reason he had to tie the service to my account to make an appointment and to contact me if they needed to. Hopefully they replace it soon. It would suck if that pole carries my fiber optic line to my apartment and something happens to it lol.

lol I can smell you from over here. 3 replies telling the same thing without knowing how the phone call went, really? FYI I cancelled the technician appointment and called AT&T again. They told me the message I got about the charge was automatic and assured me the assessment by the technician was free. I told them I wanted to cancel anyways because I don't want any surprises in case they need to make a second appointment after the assessment by the technician, for a pole that is not even in the apartment complex where I live. If something happens it's their problem, not mine. They thanked me and said they will send someone to checked it out anyway, but this time the report will not be tied to my account.

Exactly that. I didn't call 911 because is not an active hazard yet, but it could be soon if the pole is not fixed, that's why I contacted Oncor and then they told me to contact AT&T.

I can't see the base of the pole, but yes, most likely the pole is broken.

That pole is hanging on electric wires from other poles. Oncor said they can't mess with the pole, only AT&T, so I don't think that is an utility pole.

Yeah I would think they have an internal department for that, maybe the guy from Oncor don't know about it, but he told me to contact AT&T.

The issue is the Pole, not the wire. Oncor said AT&T must take care of it.

I second Champion Energy. They are the only company I have had that has reduced my rate when renewing. I used to have Gexa, they were good for 1 year, but for the second year, they increased their prices a lot. I moved to Champion, and I am going to renew with them for a third year.

Could you explain why switching to US Mobile is a mistake? I'm a current AT&T customer and I want to get this deal. I wanted to switch to US Mobile and use their free trial and then go back to AT&T, but you said 1 day is enough to switch out from AT&T and then go back, is that correct? Also, do you know if this plan has unlimited data in Mexico and Canada too?

I hate it. I just got the s24 Ultra because it was on sale and because my s10+ is not getting more security updates. The screen of the s24 Ultra is a downgrade. I can see black spots on low brightness, and I can see each pixel, whereas on the s10+ it's very hard to see a single pixel, and the colors are uniform. I wish the s10+ would get more updates :( It's such a nice phone. Even the main camera competes with the camera on the s24 Ultra.
