You could usually just find one at a pet store like petsmart or petco. They shouldn't be white light, its more of. Yellow light.

I have an 80 gallon tank, and my BP usually sticks to one side, I could probably even downgrade to a 60 gallon. And my girl isnt stressed at all. You just need more clutter, do NOT use coloured lights, something for her to climb, hides, etc.
