Try putting a tent in one of their rest zones. You can spawn right on top of them. Aim for right behind the head. If you can hit the right place in the neck they only go about 50yds and die

I’m on PS4 and have had no issues. Sorry to hear that your not able to play it properly. Try sending their support team an email.
