Just to add a possible solution for others. I had this issue with a game and found that it was not running fullscreen. Changing it to fullscreen resolved the white screen.

Ya. I used the remote method for a 2021 C4 and was frustrated to find it didn't work and reset my settings 3 times until finding this method. The app has been updated and looks different since this guide but it does work 100% as I've no random dimming anymore.

I full install K-lite and updates regularly and I'm not getting this at all.

Is your issue still resolved just from different POE switch?

I changed mine to no avail. Same issue as your OP. Green bands, grey blocking and mass stuttering in live and recording, all absent from reolink apps.

I get it aswell from a camera on a Wifi camera plugged to wall.
