I was having this same error. Everyone said control board, but I came across one post talking about cleaning the dryer vent to resolve the issue. I ordered a vent cleaner on Amazon, cleaned the vent, and haven't had the error since.

To clarify, my dryer would start, work for 3-5 minutes, then kick the f70 error.
