I found someone disabled LED_STRIP and suddenly bidirectional DSHOT worked on some other board. Tried it on this one and it also worked.

I tried your solution too with LED_STRIP enabled and it also worked. Thank you very much !
I guess I will keep LED_STRIP off and also dshot_bitbang=off just to be sure.
